Before You Drive
- Twelve Indiana counties are on Central time, not just the northwest. Lake, Porter, La Porte, Newton, Jasper and Starke in the north; Gibson, Posey, Vanderburgh, Warrick, Spencer and Perry in the southwest. A show listed at 8 p.m. in Hobart, Michigan City or Rockport starts at 9 p.m. by an Indianapolis clock.
- HI-FI and the HI-FI Annex are two different venues. HI-FI is indoors at 1043 Virginia Ave; the Annex is open-air at 1065 St. Patrick St, all ages, and every show ends by 10 p.m.
- Cover charges and start times change. Where we give a price it was correct when we checked this week, but call ahead for anything you are driving more than an hour for.
